Getting to know me is a little like getting to know San Francisco itself. I was born and raised in San Francisco, and have been a part of the San Francisco real estate scene for 34 years.
San Francisco real estate can be intimidating, especially if you're a first time buyer or are from out of town. Understanding San Francisco real estate means much more than having a GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), which I have, among my many real estate credentials.
I've been plugged into this community for a long time, and I am active in a wide variety of neighborhood activities, including Saint Paul's Church, High School Alumnae in Noe Valley, Native Daughters of The Golden West and the Cayuga Improvement Club.
I've seen many, many business cycles here in San Francisco, and I think I can help you understand the current real estate environment in a way that can help you make the right decisions, without any of the pressure you might normally expect to feel when you're in the real estate market.

Travel, Travel, Travel,
My dream has become a reality to travel and see the world. I have semi retired. My niece and I went on a breathtaking trip, first to see New York. It was our first time there. We then boarded the Crystal Symphony and visited the New England states and Canada. It was spectacular. This summer we are going to Hawaii and cruise the Hawaiian Islands.
Another of my dreams is to have my toy poodle, Precious, certified with the Delta Society so she can be a therapy dog. We will go to visit children in hospitals, seniors, and the Breast Cancer Clinic. She is cuddly and cute and friendly. I am taking her to school at present.
However, you can always call and I will be pleased to help you, anyway I can. Such as suggestions on preparing your home for sale, explain probate sales, my specialty. I also can give recommendations for realtors who will have a good track record and experience in your area, but most of all have high standards of ethics, integrity and experience. Prices have come down since i was very active in the real estate business. It may take time, but the prices will go up again because San Francisco is only seven miles square. There will always be a demand for Cayuga Terrace and all the other great districts in our beautiful city.
