District 5 - Central

Noe Valley

This is a very sought after neighborhood, predominantly gorgeous Victorians. The J street car runs on Church St and the 35 bus line runs on 24^th St. Beautiful St. Paul’s church is on Church and Valley street. There are many fabulous restaurants having multitude of ethnicity. There are many coffee shops, dining, boutiques, bookstores and Bell’s market on 24 street. Mission high school is at 18^th and church street.

Glen Park

Bordering Noe Valley sits this very desirable area. Consisting of Victorians and architecturally modern homes. John F. Kennedy Grammar School is on Chenery St. There is Glen Park Canyon and a park with a dog run.  There is a large Glen Park BART station. O'Shaunessy Blvd. will take you up to the top of the hill from there you can go in any direction.

Haight Ashbury

The home of the flower children in the 60's, Haight Ashbury is still recognized for it's creativity and diversity. There are many gorgeous Victorian homes, flats and three units. There is a bus line on Haight street. There is an entrance to Golden Gate Park at Stanyan and Haight.

Buena Vista Park

Buena Vista Park lies adjacent to Ashbury Heights and is home to the cities most heavily forested area.

Eureka Valley

Rolling hills and beautiful Victorians make up popular Eureka Valley aka "The Castro". There are many wonderful restaurants and shops on Castro St., 18th and Market St. Beautiful Dolores Park is located at 18th and Dolores St., across from Mission High School.
